Re: Interest in Dupytren's by NICE in UK

Sent my forms back to NICE today also. Very good news for those of us who both believe and have practical experience that this approach should at least be thoroughly evaluated alongside other potential solutions.

My right hand (was the most advanced) has been completely stable since treatment. My left hand (which was only showing the very early stages) has however developed some small nodules & cords since radiation. With the benefit of hindsight, maybe it was too too early to treat this hand and that radiation is most effective once the disease has reached a certain stage of maturity.

Great to be able to give feedback on such a scale & I really hope that all those that have been invited to do so are motivated enough to make their contribution.

Also now great to see pro-active participation from those not on the immediate NICE mailing list - I guess that they can never have too much high quality data to work with!
