    Flo--thank you very much for the info. Like the original poster, it is very frustrasting. Fortunately for me I am on short term disability with 100% of pay. I would much rather be healthly and working!!

    I will contact this physician. Please, everyone, lets keep the info coming in! This is a great way to discover other options.
