Looking for a doctor to treat Dupuytren’s in SF Bay Area ( East Bay) Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Dublin

Hi all,
I’ve had Dupuytren’s in both hands since 2013 and only recently has it progressed to a 30 % bent left pinky and the start of a bent index finger on my right hand.
Previously(2014) I had seen 2 hand doctors that said they could not help me. They were very rude and abrupt. I was told nothing could be done until my fingers bent by 45 degrees. It was very discouraging so I put it off until now.
Does anyone know of a doctor in the SF California Bay Area - Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Dublin or Pleasanton areas?
After reading a few threads it looks like other treatments may be available.
Any help is much appreciated!
SR

Hi Sophie,

you might consult Dr. Keith Denkler in Larkspur https://aestheticsurgery.com/doctors/ . Although his website is now focussing mainly on aesthetic surgery (that's where the money is ...), Keith Denkler is probably one of the most experienced doctors in the bay area with respect to treatng Dupuytren's. And he is a nice guy, not a rude doctor.

I "second" the recommendation of Dr. Denkler. Flew up from LA area to be treated by him (NA). Fantastic result. Excellent "bed-side manner" from Dr. Denkler as well.
