    spanishbuddha - thank you for the suggestion. I have pretty much ignored RT because it always seems to be recommended in the early stages of DC - I'm so far from the early stages I couldn't begin to tell you!. Yes, I get NA to improve the contractures, but saying that my hand/fingers are flat afterward would be stretching the truth.
