My 90 degree PIP contracture was corrected to about 15 degrees. Fortunately, it has remained right there thus far, although I do have other signs of DD (one dimple, some nodules, possibly some cords). As far as I can determine, nothing is "active" right now. There was a period of "activity" in which I could easily see the growth of the nodules, but I chose to do nothing at the time as RT is time-consuming, potentially expensive, etc.
