Your best starting point is probably your hand physio/OT. Next you can purchase a Fixxglove here https://www.danmicglobal.com/fixxglovepalmarorthosis.aspx. You can purchase thermoplastic mouldable hand splints online from many physio suppliers. Amazon have a range of hand/wrist and finger splints that might be useful. Finally you could make your own out of strips of wood or plastic and velcro and even gloves. In some countries wearing a splint while driving would be illegal. You might strat with just a night splint but make sure that it is not pressuring joints. It should fit comfortably without any acting force and it should be pailess. If this is not the case, it needs to be adjusted.
