    Hi Australia calling .Conlan Your hand looks O.K. Suggest using a Viteman E enriched creme daily for next 6 week or so .This will assist in healing. The zig-zag procedure done will help reduce any pulling on the scar tissue. Try moderate stretching nothing aggressively a couple a times a day. Regards

    I'm doing a fair share of excercises daily and I can pretty much make a fist already, I wouldn't risk punching anybody yet though
