wach: That's not just NHS. Collagenase injections have generally been approved for 1 cord at a time only. Trials are under way to etend this to several cords, thus facilitating cases like yours.

The link is referring to a FDA approval and I expect Europe to follow eventually but not immediately and not automatically. For the time being I believe that for Xiapex, i.e. in Europe, the statement is still valid "If the disease has resulted in multiple contractures, treatment of each cord must be undertaken in a sequential order, as determined by the physician." http://www.ema.europa.eu/docs/en_GB/docu...WC500103373.pdf .
