A possible link

I am just putting this out there as a thought and to see if anyone had a similar experience to me.

I have DD and now LD. About eight years ago I got DD in my left hand. Now I have it on my right hand and LD and probably fibroma in my left foot which formed about two to three months ago.

So I also have skin tags and several grew to the point where they were annoying. I had my doctor freeze one off last fall. This spring I bought the freezing stuff and took the three largest skin tags off. Then I hit another two. It says to wait 14 days before reappling and I waited about 10 to 12 days and hit the ones that were not gone again.

Shortly thereafter I felt the LD and fibroma forming in my left foot and noticed the DD forming in my right hand.

Wikipedia lists a skin tag as a type of fibroma. Could the freezing of the skin tags have instigated the formation of the fibroma in the foot? (I was walking a significant distance once a week during this time period.)

I have a couple more skin tags. I think I will get them cut off. Just seems safer. Maybe no link, maybe a link but why risk it.

So, has anyone else had a similar experience?

Re: A possible link

Hmmm... I have DD nodules in both hands, started at age late 50's. I have no skin tags, because whenever they have occurred, I have always cut them off myself (small sharp surgical scissors). My GP has on a couple of occasions frozen off stubborn warts. No link AFAICT though.
