I'm a 62-year-old competitive masters swimmer. I swim 5-6 mornings per week, averaging 2000-3000 yds per session. I compete in 5-6 masters swim meets per year.

I was diagnosed with DD in my right hand last year.

I've recently given up triathlons because my hand was making it too uncomfortable to ride my bike.

For that matter, I'm also having more problems using my computer mouse & keyboard at work.

So far my swimming doesn't seem to be affected by the DD and I'm hoping to be able to continue, barring any other health issues.

Are there any other swimmers here who could share experiences?
