There is some but not much evidence that Boron might help with arthritis in selected cases. Borax is used for desinfection, cleaning and preservation and is generally not publically available.

I have progression/regrowth in both of my hands/feet after already having surgery last year so I've been experimenting with many supplements. Iodine has helped a little.
I came across a couple articles on the use of Borax/Boron with the combination of Magnesium to reduce growth.

I was curious if anyone had tried Boron/Borax and if it helped?
