I would like to know if radiation area borders get the same amount of radiation as the area not near the border. In other words, if area on palm is marked up with sharpie, does the sharpie border get 15gy total if radiation area gets 15 gy?

Also About how much radiation does an area get it if it is marked with an F for flashing?
