Dupuytrens and Cold Sensitivity

I am a 55 year old female, and I have dupuytrens in my left hand and ledderhose in my right foot. In the last couple of months, I have noticed that my left hand at the base of the thumb has become hypersensitive to cold when anything metal touches this area. For example, my keys may touch my right hand, and they feel room temperature, but if they touch this area of my left hand, it feels so cold that it almost burns. This is fairly new to me, and I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this.

Re: Dupuytrens and Cold Sensitivity

My hands always bother me in the winter. I work outside and it is miserable, my hands are more sensitive than the other people I work with. Part of the problem is that i have a mild case of hyperhydrosis(think that is right, sweaty hands). When my hands get cold, my palms will turn really white, and have a blueish tinge to them(kind of creepy).
