My dad is African-American and has Duputren~sq~s!

and evidently has had it for 10 years or more. His ring-finger is almost fully curled, his little finger is beginning to curl also. Tomorrow morning we go in for surgery. Dr. Cavioli, Modesto, CA will perform the surgery. He was very gentle in his initial diagnosis as I believe my father is the first African-American he's met that has DC!

My father's grandfather is from Ireland. My father is 84 years old and a musician (bassist). During the '40's he worked with the Count Basie Orchestra and he's played or recorded with almost every jazz legend you can imagine! His fans are fiercely loyal . . .
