    The cost was $700. I had to pay $500 'out of pocket' at the office because Dr. Eaton is 'out of network' in my insurance plan but insurance will pick up a good bit of the remaining $200 expense. Yep...expensive...but it was worth every penny! Go ahead and book Dr. Eaton while you can still get an appointment! Good luck to you!
