I'm 43 yrs old female that filed disablity not knowing if i should have filed workers comp. because when i started dealing Blackjack 4 yrs ago i didn't have the symptoms. I had surgury done on Dec. 4 2003 on my right pinky that was at 60 degree contracture and also had a knuckle pad removed on my pointer finger.Unfortunatly my surgery has not done any good and my whole hand is swollen.Can I go to my doctor to see if I can file workers comp. even thou I already had the surgery.
