Diet
I accidently posted my intended message under the heading "My Man Sean"--below is a summary.
Does anyone know of a diet that is prescribed for Dupuytrens? Any info you can give would be appreciated.

Thanks
Thank you for the info, Thomas. If anyone else has diet info specified for this affliction I'd appreciate reading about it.

Non-surgical Treatment for Dupuytren~sq~s Contracture
Is anyone in the Long Island,NY area offering treatment for DC via Collagenase injection?
I'm an active octogenarian with both hands contractured. I've had a recurrence following corrective surgery to my right hand about 8 years ago and frankly, would prefer to avoid risks associated with another surgical procedure

Alessio:
Other than surgery, your only other choice is Needle Aponeurotomy. A French innovation, it is currently only practiced by Dr. Eaton in Florida.
Have a look: http://www.e-hand.com/frame.htm?../img/img00096&stuff
Also, read the posts under "Treatment by Dr. Eaton", lasted posted to on 1/29/04
If you want to avoid another surgery, you came to the right place!
Good Luck
