dispersingDD
I am 69 and for 10 years have had DD in my right hand. Having seen some of the effects of Surgery I gecided instead to vigoursly attack the hand with the other hand to break down the nodules and I force my hand back to stetch the ligaments. It has worked so far. Please advise when the hand will drop off.

massage
I have a friend who has had DD for 30 years, and he spends each morning and evening massageing and stretching the hands. To this date, he has not had surgery. I have been doing that myself. It seems to help alot. He actually uses a massage machine on his hand. I have not yet tried that. I just use my other hand to do a vigoras massage, and I stretch the hand and finger. Patty
