Dr. Binhammer in Toronto
just sent yesterday and received a reply from Dr. Binhammer in Toronto. He stated to me and I quote his very small reply:

So much for a 'Toronto Connection'. I still have not heard about the Dr. in Montreal. I think I will call her either today or tomorrow and see what is going on. If anyone else hears of anything please post.
