massage
Hi...I have a friend who has dupuytren's disease and he was thinking having massages done to break up the fascia would be an idea. Has anyone tried that or does anyone know if that would work or if there are any contraindications for massage??

massage
My husband and I have been having weekly massages for several months (he has a bad back). I have been having a lot of pain and numbness the last few months and have been trying to determine why (after being diagnosed 3 1/2 years ago) this is now happening. 4 nights out of the last 7 the pain has been awful. On 2 of those nights I used a vibrator on my husbands back and last night I had a massage and the therapist massaged my hand. After 3 nights of being relatively pain free, last night I had pain again. A guy named Mark says he has pain and tingling when he rides his Harley. I think it could be the vibration of the motorcycle. I am not going to have my hand massaged anymore and see if it makes a difference.
