NA training only done in....!!!!!!
A) Lille, Nice
B) Lariboisiere's teaching hospital Paris, France
C) Lausanne, Switerland
It is *NOT* taught any where else. See the other DC Forum where this information is clarified by the webmaster.
For those of use who are scattered around the world ...I suggest checking the credentials of any doctor who claims a)they can perform NA and b) have been taught NA. This can be can be done asking the doctor where they received their training...then contacting the association with the information for confirmation that that particular doctor *has* been trained in our beloved NA.

Clarification
I should not say that is it not taught elsewhere....that would be incorrect....I wish to state that the NA that I am familiar with is only taught at the three locations listed. I do not know if any other forms of NA are taught at any other place.
