    I have it in both hand and both feet have had 3 hand surgeries in and 15 treatments for my feet over the past 13 years. Everytime I have something done it just seems to get worse. Does anyone have any information as to whether this qualifies for Social sercurity. I am 49 years old and have been dealing with this for the last 14 years. Would appreciate any insight on this.

    Unfortunately, you have to be very, very disabled before Social Security disability benefits kick in.

    If you are truly disabled, then give it a shot.

    But, don't get your hopes up.
