02. Wear gloves, avoid trauma, stretch and massage gently

03. #2 plus use a Vitamin E lotion or such in the massage
(twice this reduced my nodules and one disappeared)

04. Iontophoresis with Triamcinolone
(tried this once, softened nodule PAINLESSLY, but
too many trips to therapist ended experiment)

05. Injections of Triamcinolone
(Aristocort, Kennalog... usually series of three)

06. Injections of Collagenase (how many how often?)

07. NA (Needle Aponevrotomy, AKA French Needle)

08. Fasciectomy surgery for release

09. Dermofasciectomy and full thickness skin graft
