IDing NA Physicians
No Physician in his/her right mind would perform the NA procedure for Dupuytren's contracture unless qualified in his/her profession. If anyone attempted this procedure that is not qualified, their practice would soon be nill. Of course study/training is essential but not just in one place. Yes, we want qualified physicians treating DC with NA, however, let us not get the idea that there is only one place for training. Physicians are not stupid by any means, and most always open to further experience/training in their field of practice: Hands, bones, surgery, derm, heart, nerosurgery, etcetera. Advancement in one's speciality isn't an overnight thing. It progresses slowly,as it should. Personally, I don,t think that qualified NA Physicians need any additional ID following their names. It doesn't matter to me whether USA, Paris, both, or where ever so long as they are qualified.

So long as they have been taught how to do NA and have not tried to teach themselves.
