Recently a Swiss patient mentioned in an e-mail a successful laser therapy for Ledderhose. Pain and size have been reduced significantly. She mentioned that the therapy requires a specific laser that deposits its energy directly under the skin. She now is on holiday but I hope to hear more when she comes back.

I am wondering if anyone else has experience with laser therapy for Ledderhose (or Dupuytren?).

I had a free consultation with a chiropractor in my area recently who has the equipment, mainly about a frozen shoulder, but I also have early stage dups.

I didn't feel comfortable in that setting--some red flags, and I've learned to listen to my intuition--but I believe the technique is probably valid.

I have heard that it has been used a lot in Europe for some time but more recently was approved in the U.S.

I'll eventually get back to this "project" and see if anyone else in my area does this.
