After discovering a nodule in my palm and reading everything I could find about this disease, I realized that my mother has some interesting maladies that might be related.
She has severe shoulder pain that has been "diagnosed" as a torn rotator cuff. Her right arm and hand are virtually useless now. Her pinkies on both hands are curved inward towards the ring finger (not towards the palm), and her smaller toes on both feet are curved sharply under. She has no nodules on hands or feet. The hands and feet have been diagnosed as arthritis; though I don't have a lot of confidence in her doctors.
I'm curious if any of these symptoms ring true with other Dupuytren's sufferers? And has anyone had success in treating seized shoulders or curled toes; if indeed they are related?

There is info about 'Frozen Shoulder' and how it relates to dupuytren's contracture on this website and others.
