    Hi all,

    I've started this thread so we can have everyones advice and answers on how to deal with your insurance company in one spot.

    So.....go to it folks, what *worked* for you? How did you get them to change their minds and where are you located?

    I filed it as facieotomy (as opposed to NA). Aetna PPO paid 80% after deductible.
