Success with deep massaging
Has anyone had any success with a regular regime of deep tissue massaging to break down the sacar tissue?

I have a good friend that has had DD for 30 years. He said he does a massage routine twice a day. Morning and evening. He has yet to have surgery. I do it too during the day and it does seem to help some.
