To Tony

Just been diagnosed DC with rapidly forming lumps in both palms ( feet also painful).

I do not have DC in the family (arthritis yes and I have it too.) There is NO links in my case to any of the 'suggested' causes. I live alone and use drills etc., for putting up shelves, so that may have set it off and I recently moved house, but I suggest that stress is another 'trigger' for ailments in general AND that mental relaxation can help you in a general way, together with knowledge- I am researching this new-to-me condition as fast as I can. For me, it is a way of making informed decisions. Best of luck.

Any investment aspect to NA?

Fred:

You would be well advised to consider NA before you allow yourself to be cut. NA is not always the "final solution". However, it is the first line of defense.
See this web site for more info:

http://www.cureDupuytrens.com

The link to Dr. Eaton's site will take you to the best info on NA on the web.

God Bless, Good Luck. (and I'm not just Clowning Around :)

Any investment aspect to NA?

Fred, DO NOT let them cut your hand until you research NA. The previous poster is correct. Do your DD and go to Dr. Eaton's website. I repeat, DO NOT let them cut your hand. Cancel your appointment until you have more info about the NA procedure.
