    I am not aware of any. Needle fasciotomy, also called NA or PNF, http://www.dupuytren-online.info/needle_aponeurotomy.html is probably the cheapest way to get a bent finger straight again.

    I am not sure, you might consider undergoing yr treatment at low cost countries as Poland, Czech or Hungary.
