I started a Grape Seed Extract supplement 3 weeks ago. Coincidently, my DC seems to have entered another active phase. Has anyone tried GSE and what effect has it had?
I had a 3rd NA last October on my Pinky, but it didn't work DSP and PIP still contracted and the nerve got damaged. It seems to be curling more so I keep it splinted. It helps to keep it open a little, but closes right up after an hour without the splint. Suggestions welcome.
