Hello all, I recently had RT for 5 days

Recently had RT at Kaiser Permanente in Ontario, Ca for 5 days straight, with another round in 6 weeks~ Very few patients treated for Dupuytrens, had to convince Dr’s that there ‘wait & see ‘ attitude~ (wait until your fingers are totally bent then perform surgery) was not my plan~ too early to tell if it’s helping but I’m hopeful ~ and I will let you know of progress!!

Thanks for sharing and keep us informed. Wait and see can be fine if your condition is not progressing and there are no other indicators of diathesis; no need to wait until contracture though even if not.

Hey Mountain,

I'm curious to hear of any updates/status of your DD after radiotherapy treatment. Did you feel any reduction in size or reduction in progression since the RT? How many treatments did you have total?
Thanks!
