I just got off the phone with my insurance company and was denied a request to go out of district to have the NA procedure done on my hand. I was told the procedure was available in district but they would not tell me who did the procedure. I live in NH and am covered by BCBSVT. I can file an appeal, which I plan on doing, but thought someone might know if anyone in NH or VT performs the NA procedure.
