Care UK have released a free app, for Android and iOS, that contains videos of physio recovery exercises after surgery, with a scheduling alarm for reminders. There are hand and foot exercises (and hip and knee).

I have not tried this myself, but have installed and viewed the app and videos. It may help someone, although you should perhaps consult your own surgeon or OT/physiotherapist.
