I had round one of RT with Prof S at the start of April. I had some swelling and actually thought it got worse the nodules bigger and more pain. Being one of these "not going to let it stop me" people, i had a trip to the USA with alot of walking planned. I was worried what would happen so bought two pairs of sketchers one reef flip flops and bought a massage ball!
Well the trip was great and one day was 17 hours long nearly all walking!! Don't get me wrong i felt it and i swear the nodules are bigger but the pain has decreased alot. The next day hurt, after this a further 5 days all of around 12 hours with 90% on my feet and...i almost forgot i had a problem! Like i say i still get pain and stiffness / tightness normally at the start of the day but my 3 nodules have given little trouble compared to what i was like after 3-4 hours before treatment.
Im not by any means saying Im cured they still hurt and are quite big but Im just happy i made such long days with so much feet time. It could be the hot USA sun. I also think finding the right footwear has helped a lot.
