I would say post the knuckle issues or "pip joint" nodule issues on the Dupuytren forum. I had several on the middle knuckles of fingers on both hands, had them surgically removed, two came back, but they are now gone. However, I did get one UNDER the knuckle that was more Dup like, with a cord trying to grow, had it removed. it's doing ok so far. So, I'd post the knuckle issue here, unless the mod suggests otherwise. See my updated post on my RT, if you are interested.
