I am finding it difficult to find physicians that will provide cost estimates. In the US, insurance companies and hospitals are secretive about costs, so I am willing to travel to another country for treatment. Can we use this thread to post recommended physicians and hospitals - particularly radiation oncologists in any and all countries around the world?
