We had had contact with one patient who underwent a shock wave therapy for Ledderhose. It did not result in a complete cure but he said the nodules became softer and less painful.

At the minimum, this is an option for Ledderhose.

Other non-surgical therapies for Ledderhose are radiotherapy and NA. There are also some conservative treatments.
