I'm a student from UQAM (a college in Montreal Qc) and I'm currently conducting an essay to analyze the impact virtual communities have on patient-doctor relationships. I'm trying to see how your use of online support groups such as the forum provided by the International Dupuytren Society will change the relationship you have with your doctors in general.

I will be really grateful if you could give me a little bit of your time to complete this questionnaire. It will take you less than 10 minutes, it's completely anonymous and no data will be used for a commercial purpose. All your answers will be used only in the context of this scholar project. I don't plan to publish my essay but I can send it by mail for those of you that may be interested.
