I live in Dominican Republic, was diagnosed with Dupuytren 5 years ago but my the nodule appeared after a bike (MTB) crash 10 years ago. Doctors here do not recomend open hand cx because is too early. Luckily I found a video posted in Youtube by a patient who received the NA from Dr. Eaton. After my inquire he provided the link to Dupuytrens.org and here I am.
Sorry, left hand fifth finger, there is a 1 cm gap if my hand lies flat on table. If I move the finger sideways I can manage to lay it flat. I still have full mobility but as I keep doing MTB I am afraid I may land on the left hand a tear something inside plus I am developing a "pillow" in the base os the finger.
From the photo because of the cord (but I am not a doctor) it looks like it is probably a bit late for radiotherapy for that finger (which you didn't ask about) and perhaps still early for NA. But it's never too early to start looking. There is a list of practitioners at https://www.dupuytren-online.info/NA_lis..._countries.html. How far would you be able to travel?

Florida is the closest, I found Dr. Veronica Diaz in Jupiter, FL. have read good reviews about her practice plus she took over Dr. Eaton's practice, whose video about NA was what got me here.
I have been reading a lot about DC and seems to be a corelation with cycling sport...
I know Dr. Gary Pess in New Jersey is supposed to be very good too. Dr. Eaton has a great reputation but I know he is retired but I am on facebook group and everyone talks about Dr. Gary Pess in New Jersey. Let me know if you would like to know the group to join
I had an extensive NA procedure done by Dr. Pess six years ago with great results. Four of my fingers were involved. I am hoping to find someone closer to me I feel comfortable with, but if I can't I may travel to NJ again.
