Look at the list across the top of the page under the drop down menu called Treatment. There are clinics listed for each type of treatment offered.

What is the status or level of you Dupuytren's? Do you just have nodules? Do you have contracture? Or . . . That makes a difference in the kind of treatment you may be a candidate for.

Sounds like you have no contracture yet a big nodule?

Okay, thank you for the help!

I am not quit sure if it is nodules or contracture. I have the huge lump in my hand that has been getting larger over time. It has not pulled my fingers down yet but it is extremely tight. It hurts to do the flat hand test and it hurt when i stretch my fingers back.

I just drove thru Arkansas yesterday on my way back from Oaklahoma City.I had my 3rd Xiaflex injection in my right hand.You are not far from there.I live in Nashville and drive to OKC to see Dr Joel Fraizer.That injection on me was his 175th xiaflex injection.100% success rate.He had to work on my pinky my cords are real thick but other than a big skin split all went well.My final numbers on the double injection on my ring finger were 75 to start 15 finshed the other cord start 65 finish 10.I had that finger done on 11-16-2011'I still have two more cords in my right hand but Auxillium ask me to get a total 5 injections one injection every 28 days now that the study is over.All in my right hand.
