NA clinics are listed on http://www.dupuytren-online.info/NA_list_North_America.html, including 5 in Florida although none specifically in Orlando. Treating pinkies is always a problem, irrespective of NA or collagenase or surgery. Don’t expect miracles. I had my pinkie injected with collagenase and the contracture was back to the pre-treatment stage after 1.5 years. I don't think NA would have been better. A night splint might help keeping the finger straight, at least as long as you keep wearing it.
