    Hello there,

    Given that the application of Alteplase is mentioned as a new treatment under research (and pending patent), I wondering if anyone has come across it and what the experience is / was.

    I don't think there is anything new beyond what is on our website and in the thread

    Obviously the patent is not being marketed and nothing is published on this treatment. A few patient reports seem to indicate that that treatment is more helpful for Ledderhose than for Dupuytren disease. But that's all based on hear say and no scientific data have been published yet to my knowledge.
