During the past decade, many people on this forum have written about changing their diet in response to the appearance of Dupuytren's symptoms. If you have been using this approach, I would like to hear from you! The research will explore, from a broad perspective, the experiences and perceptions of people using dietary modification in trying to manage DD. The research will not attempt to evaluate claims made for the benefits of any particular diet. The study is a component of a postgraduate program in health science at Charles Sturt University in Australia, and has been fully approved by the ethics committee of that university.
