I have had 4 surguries on my right hand it's so bad now that I cannot open my hand.

Ron,
see the recent thread "could this be Dupuytren's?" dated 3/15/11 I believe.
There is alot of info out there that suggests that major surgery and Dupuytrens don't do well.
First, do you have Dupuytrens? In any case it sounds like you need better PT and get other MD opinions.
