Prefab splint

Has anyone tried using a prefab splint? Dr. Eaton suggests using a wrist splint designed for the opposite hand and turning it upside down. I can't seem to find one that would work well this way. Any ideas? Or anyone found an inexpensive splint made specifically for Dupuytren's?

several here have gone to a CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) and had them custom made

Has anyone used just an over-the-counter aluminum Flents finger splint?
