Re: NA Treatment Question for Thumb
I was told two years ago,by a rather well regarded hand surgeon and supposed Dupuytren Specialist, that N.A. for thumbs is not an option, only surgery. Does anyone have experience with thumb N.A. ? I had wonderful resultes with N.A. on other fingers years ago and that worked out great. My nodule and very very small cord, seems to be slow growing, but just like to be prepared.. Thanks to ALL !

Re: Re: NA Treatment Question for Thumb
NA for cords in the webspace between index finger and thumb can be treated using NA. The usual caveats apply and since it is more rare than MCP finger joints or even PIP, the experience of the Dr will be important (as ever).

Re: Re: NA Treatment Question for Thumb
Thanks for the advice...all cases are unique. Dr. Eaton performed two miracles on my PIP joints, and one was a pinkie. Still perfect !! So if/when needed for thumb,an extensive search will be required,as you have alluded to.
