I have searched for this on forum, but can't find anything so forgive the new thread.

I had first symptoms of dupuytrens in my late 30s, am now 53,I have had 5 fingers given a dermofaciectomy over 3 separate operations during last 10 years. One finger done about 5 years ago has now contracted again (small finger on left hand). Now at about 55 degrees. Does anyone have experience / advice of having a second operation after skin grafts. I can see plenty of people have had repeat operations after a standard fasciectomy, but not after skin grafts.

If anybody has it would be good to know what treatments were offered second time round, and if an operation how much worse was recovery than after the first operation.
