Hi Susan, it’s not clear what sort of Dr you are looking for or what limb. Even so early progressive DD would potentially be treated by RT if you don’t want to wait and see, and the main LD treatment we advise is conservative, also RT for painful debilitating fibromas, although there are other options including cryosurgery, surgery, which we don’t recommend except as a last resort, and some mixed reports about hyaluronic acid injections. There are some reports too of off label use for LD fibromas using Xiaflex. So, radiologist, hand surgeon, podiatrist or foot doctor?
