People have reported relief, maybe not success, by using various gentle massage techniques, including with some hand massage devices, but afaik not with a percussive device. I would urge caution as the literature reports a DD link between the use of vibration tools, or hand trauma in general. I personally would not risk it based on my own experience of the effects of (mis)using manual tools.
